Time for an update me thinks!

Well we have had one of our best summers yet at Durhams. Firstly we would like to say a massive thankyou to all our friends and hundreds of new and existing clients for choosing to ride with us this year! Ponies and horses have all worked extremely hard and our now winding down into what promises to be a very long and cold winter. Just a quick update on whats coming up this half term! Pony day spaces still available. In house competition Friday 28th, only open to members of  DFRS who own or loan horses and ponies at the stables. They will have the chance to compete in 3 different challenges - prizes are up for grabs including tickets to Olympia! Then on Sunday 30th October, Halloween is coming to the yard! We are hosting a fancy dress fun day for children and the young at heart adults, hoping to have a pig roast on the go as the night draws in! Lots of games, pumpkins and trick or treating will be crammed into what promises to be a very entertaining day! Finally DFRS is raising money to take all our devoted little helpers to Olympia this year, so far everyone has been very generous but we still have a way to go. These kids give up there free time every week to spend as much time at the yard as they possibly can and we feel they have definately earned a treat!
